Meet Our Executive Team

Shirley Berryman – President
Shirley has been nominated for her second term as President of CPIA and currently serves as Secretary of NZPIF. Alongside her husband, Kent, she owns a property portfolio mainly in the Canterbury area. She is passionate about property investment and enjoys the opportunity CPIA provides to connect with like-minded people, share knowledge, and support others in their property journeys.
For Shirley, property is about more than investment. She takes pride in providing quality homes for people who cannot or choose not to own their own home, and this continues to drive her involvement and commitment to her roles.

Rosalind Love – Vice President
Rosalind is Chair of Prime Campus, New Zealand’s first student property investment fund, and an Executive Director of ASN Media, where she oversees legal, communications and digital strategy. She previously led legal and governance workstreams across major transformation programmes for Lloyds Banking Group and NatWest Group in London, following earlier practice as a solicitor in Sydney.
Rosalind recently completed a Master of Sustainable Business and is interested in how property investment can create long-term value while contributing to better rental housing outcomes. She has been a member of the Canterbury Property Investors’ Association for the past three years, helping her stay closely connected to sector developments, regulatory change and industry best practice.

Bart has a strong interest in residential property investment and currently works in the property management sector. He joined CPIA to share his experience, connect with fellow investors and contribute to the Association’s growth.
Outside of work, Bart is actively involved in Rotary, supporting youth development and education initiatives. He also enjoys football and travelling, having visited 14 countries. Now based in Rolleston with his wife and four children, Bart values community, teamwork and lifelong learning.

Lenore Wright – Committee Member
Lenore’s passion for property stems from her belief that everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home. Through hands-on experience in renovations, adding value, property management, per-room rentals, and social housing, she has developed a practical understanding of residential property investing.
Professionally, Lenore supports apprentices on their journey to becoming qualified tradespeople. She enjoys helping others succeed and brings that same collaborative approach to CPIA, where she values learning from fellow members, sharing experiences, and contributing to a positive and supportive property community.
