CPIA’s building at 22 Buchan Street has a seminar room with an adjacent kitchen. The room is capable of accommodating up to 40 people.

The cost per hour to hire the facility is $20 plus GST plus an extra $5 an hour plus GST if you wish to use the audio visual/microphone system.

Due to parking restrictions, room hire is only available on evenings and weekends.

The facility has a full kitchen that includes tea and coffee but excludes milk – BYO. There is also a coffee shop Café Cito next door to our building at 24 Buchan Street. They are available for coffee, tea and food catering.

Room hires are given an alarm code and a key, which needs to be returned at the end of hire.
