01   What is CPIA and what does it do?

Canterbury Property Investors’ Association is the go-to organisation for all things property investment in Canterbury.

It’s a local association composed of about 550 members who have an interest in property investment, whether residential or commercial.

02   Who runs CPIA?

CPIA is a not-for-profit association run by an executive committee that is elected democratically each July. Find out more about our current executive committee.

03   Why should I join CPIA?

CPIA has a vast source of resources and expertise when it comes to property investment. We hold events such as forums, conferences, breakfast clubs and more, in which we network and share our knowledge and experience.

CPIA’s annual membership subscription ranges from $145 to $250 (incl GST) per annum depending on whether you are an individual or a couple and wish to include the NZ Property Investor Magazine.
