A Palmerston North landlord is thousands of dollars out of pocket and facing extensive repairs to his property after a tenancy went sour.
Tony Henderson said he gave notice to the tenant at his Roslyn property because they had not paid rent for three weeks.
When the tenants moved out on Monday, they were seven weeks, or $2450, in arrears, and the flat was left in total disarray, he said.
