Entries are now open for Landlord of the Year 2018. If you think you’ve got what it takes, enter now and go in the running to be crowned New Zealand’s top landlord.
The award aims to highlight professionalism and good practice in the industry. The selection criteria is based on having a positive ongoing relationship with tenants, and the way you conduct your business as a landlord.
The winner will receive the Landlord of the Year cup, $1,000 cash and $1,000 towards registration, flights and accommodation for the 2018 NZPIF Conference. The Association of which the winner is a member will also receive a cash prize.
