It seems that the post-quake camp in Christchurch is firmly split: those who feel like it was just yesterday and those who feel like they’ve lived an entire lifespan since 22 February 2011.

Besides changing the physical landscape of our city, the earthquakes have also changed the property investment landscape in ways that most of us could never have dreamed. Five years on it’s good to take a moment to reflect and see how far we’ve come, and how far we still have to go.
